Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by constructing a rear one and two-storey addition (to contain a sunroom and an attached garage). There will be an exterior staircase along the south wall of the attached garage to access a deck above this garage. The existing rear one-storey addition and deck will be demolished. Also, to permit the removal of the one-storey ancillary building (detached garage) in the rear yard, that was demolished without an authorized building permit.
