Description

To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1219-2023(OLT) for a 61-storey mixed-use building, by increasing the building height to 67-storeys (223 m), the maximum gross floor area (residential and overall), a wind damper enclosure projection beyond the maximum building height, as well as to reduce the minimum non-residential gross floor area (remove the office uses), and reduce the number of loading spaces. There will be a total of 1,003 residential dwelling units on this lot (including 46 affordable units), subject to review under the related Site Plan Control Application (File 20 22 119164 STE 10 SA).
