Description
To alter the development standards for the mixed-use building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 687-2021 (amended under City Wide Zoning By-law 569-2013)), by increasing the height of certain roof elements by 0.8 metres, and increasing the non-residential and residential gross floor areas.
