Description

To legalize and to maintain the new three-storey semi-detached dwelling with a rear third storey rooftop patio (partially above the second storey), a partially covered front porch with stairs, and a rear ground floor patio, portions of which was constructed beyond the limits of an approved building permit. Also, a two-storey ancillary building (detached one-car garage with one laneway suite above, cantilevered on the second storey at the south, east and west sides) will be constructed in the rear yard, abutting the laneway. There will be two residential dwelling units on this lot.
