Description
To alter the development standards for the 8-storey residential building with three levels of underground parking (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-laws 371-2020 and 372-2020) by increasing the total number of dwelling units from 30 to 90 dwelling units, the overall building height by 3.2 m (8-storeys will be maintained), the height of mechanical penthouse elements/architectural feature projections, residential gross floor area, indoor and outdoor amenity space, and modifying the building envelope (setbacks and step-backs) and parking standards as well as changing the vehicular access ramp to the underground parking garage to a vehicular elevator. The site is currently vacant and subject to a Site Plan Control Amendment Application (under File Number 22 123097 STE 19 SA).
