Description
To alter the development standards approved under Site-Specific By-law 1266-2024 for the approved 61-storey two-tower mixed use development (Tower A on Block 1 and Tower B on Block 2) at the north-east corner of the lot on Block 2, by increasing the north-east podium height from one-storey (9 m) to four-storeys (18 m)) and reducing building setbacks at the north and east lot lines. There will be a total of 1,343 residential units on the lot, of which, a minimum of 4,595 m2 (approximately 72 units) will be maintained for affordable units by a social housing provider. A related Site Plan Control application (22 190797 STE 12 SA) is currently under review.
