Description

To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 269-2019), for the two-storey commercial building (containing retail and office spaces), by constructing a second storey addition to the easterly portion of the building (to contain additional office space). A total of 17 parking spaces (including one accessible parking space for the retail use and one for the office use), as well as one loading space, will be provided on-site. A Site Plan Control Application (File Number 14 178862 STE 29 SA) is currently under review and consideration.
