Description
To alter the development standards for a 92-storey mixed-use building (Tower 2), as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1250-2023 (By-law 249-2020(LPAT)), by increasing the number of storeys and building height from 92-storeys (289 m) to 95-storeys (306.4 m). There will be a total of 1,014 residential dwelling units within this tower.
