Description
To alter the development standards, as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 851-2022, for the 34 and 41-storey mixed-use building, by increasing the residential gross floor area, and reducing the non-residential gross floor area as well as the easterly setback at levels 18 to 35. There will be a total of 479 residential dwelling units provided on this lot, currently under review through a Site Plan Control application (File Number 21 171254 STE 10 SA).
