Description

To construct a new six-storey apartment building with a rooftop terrace (a portion to be covered) on the sixth level, and a mechanical penthouse. There will be a total of 19 affordable housing units, and an office space for on-site staff to support tenants. No vehicle parking spaces will be provided on-site.
