Description
To construct a new two-storey detached ancillary building (containing one garden suite) in the rear yard, abutting Valewood Avenue. The second storey will be cantilevered. The existing two-storey detached dwelling will be maintained and unaltered. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit within the main dwelling and one unit within the ancillary building). The existing one-storey detached ancillary building (garage) will be demolished.
