Description
To alter the existing two-storey mixed-use building by constructing a complete third storey addition, a rear three-storey addition, and a front third storey balcony. Also, to permit residential and personal service (salon) uses on this lot. There will be a total of three residential dwelling units, and one commercial unit (salon) on this lot (the residential dwelling units will occupy the basement, first, second, and third levels, and the commercial unit will occupy the basement and first levels). The existing on-site parking will be removed.
