Description
To alter the development standards for the hotel development (with an eating establishment in the podium) approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 792-2023(OLT) by increasing the height of the south tower from 15-storeys (45 m) to 19-storeys (57 m plus 3 m for any equipment used for the functional operation of the building, for a total height of 60 m), the height of the northern portion of the north tower from 34.2 m to 34.5 m (measured to the top of Level 11), the height of the podium from 7.7 m to 8 m, non-residential gross floor area, and adding an additional 30 hotel suites to the south tower. Also, to reduce parking space dimensions and eliminate required accessible parking spaces. There will be a total of 392 hotel suites on this lot. A Site Plan Control application (File Number 20 21 250708 STE 10 SA) is currently under review.
