Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by constructing a rear one-storey addition with a basement to expand commercial units and to provide a new internal connection on the ground floor between the main building and the rear ancillary building on the lot, abutting the laneway. Also, to construct a new rooftop deck above the one-storey addition with access via staircases to the rear laneway, rear second level, and third storey with a balcony. Further, to convert the existing three-storey mixed-use building and rear two-storey ancillary building into a commercial development. The commercial units will remain within the basement and ground floor of the main building. A total of two residential dwelling units will be removed.
