Description

To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by constructing a rear two-storey addition, a complete third storey addition, a new front basement walkout, a new front ground floor covered porch with stairs, a new rear ground floor deck with stairs, and a rear third floor balcony. The existing rear detached garage will be demolished and the existing parking space within will be removed. Also, there will be a secondary suite located within the basement of the dwelling.
