Description
To alter the development standards for the 21-storey mixed-use building (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 411-2021 (LPAT)) by permitting the increase of the maximum permitted number of compact parking spaces from 19 compact parking spaces to 23 compact parking spaces (including one accessible compact parking space). There will be a total of 463 residential dwelling units on this lot, as well as retail space at-grade, and a total of 190 parking spaces within a 4-level below grade parking garage.
