Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 1299-2023) for a mixed-use building (45 and 49-storeys), by increasing the total building height, the height of the podium, and mechanical penthouse vertical projections, equipment, structures and screening, and cladding encroachments of Building A. Also, to reduce the number of bicycle parking spaces and to alter the bicycle parking locations. A related Site Plan Approval application (under File Number 21 148154 STE 13 SA) is currently under review and consideration. There will be a total of 1,227 residential dwelling units (including approximately 245 affordable housing units) on this lot.
