Description

To permit an entertainment facility-related use (interactive game show experience) located within a portion of the first storey of the existing four-storey building, in addition to the existing restaurant use (as approved under Building Permit 20 118020 BLD 00 BA) and existing recreational use (place of amusement, as approved under Minor Variance Decision A0903/23TEY). The existing office uses located on the second to fourth storeys will be maintained.
