Description
To convert the existing two-and-one-half-storey detached mixed-use dwelling from two units into four units by installing one additional commercial unit within the basement and constructing rear second and third storey addition over the existing one-storey rear portion of the dwelling, that will also be cantilevered over the existing parking space abutting the laneway. Also, to construct two one-storey and two-storey front additions, a rear fourth storey rooftop deck, third storey balconies on the side (north), second storey balconies in the front and rear, and a rear basement walkout. There will be a total of two residential and two commercial units within the dwelling.
