Description
To alter the development standards for the mixed-use development containing two buildings (Building A and Building B) with a shared podium and one 16-storey and one 18-storey tower (approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 535-2022 and 536-2022) by increasing the total number of dwelling units from 770 to 776 units, reducing the setback at the fifteenth storey of Building B (fronting Caledonia Road), and to permit parking space obstructions due to structural columns.
