Description

To convert the existing three-storey semi-detached dwelling to a duplex by constructing a front ground floor addition (enclosing the existing porch), a rear three-storey addition with a basement extension below, a rear ground floor deck with stairs, and an east side basement walkout. The existing rear one-storey addition will be demolished. There will be a total of two dwelling units within the building (duplex) on the lot.
