Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 873-2024), for the phased multi-building, mixed-use redevelopment (Blocks 1-6) with a public park, Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible Spaces (POPS), and an extension of the existing public municipal road network, with respect to the phased issuance of building permit type and/or phased development on the lands provided that each phased development has frontage and access to a public highway. A related Site Plan Control application (20 23 137812 STE 10 SA) is currently under review.
