Description
To convert the existing four-storey detached dwelling from a fourplex into a six unit apartment building by constructing a front and a rear fourth storey addition with balconies, and two enclosed rooftop stair access structures leading to private rooftop terraces, along with interior alterations. The existing rear ancillary building (garden suite) will be maintained and unaltered.
