Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling (converting the existing triplex into a new duplex through interior alterations) by constructing a third storey addition, with a front covered porch, a side (south) basement walkout, side (north) and rear ground floor deck with stairs, a rear second storey juliet balcony, and front and rear third storey rooftop terraces.
