Description
To alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey semi-detached dwelling by constructing a rear third storey addition and a third storey side (west) roof deck. The rear ground floor one-storey addition has been demolished and a new rear ground floor deck with stairs and as well as a rear basement walkout has already been constructed under approved Building Permit No. 24 172386 BLD 02 SR.
