Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 697-2021(OLT), for a new 50-storey mixed-use building (as approved under Committee of Adjustment Files A0612/23TEY and A0231/25TEY), by increasing the maximum total gross floor area, maximum building height (60.2 m to 61.25 m at the east side portion of the building), altering the minimum building setbacks, and reducing the required bicycle parking spaces. There will be a total of 267 residential dwelling units on this lot.
