Description
To legalize and to maintain the rear fourth storey addition with a rooftop terrace (on the roof of the third storey), of the existing three-and-one-half-storey semi-detached dwelling (basement level is considered the first storey), that was constructed without an authorized building permit. Also, to permit the rear two-storey addition (located at the rear of the second and third storeys of the dwelling) that was constructed beyond the limits of an authorized building permit (19 212470 BLD 00 SR).
