Description
To construct a new three-storey semi-detached apartment building (Note: 360 Jane Street and 2 Raymond Avenue have been reviewed as one building on two lots) (including a mechanical penthouse) with front and rear ground floor porches with stairs, front and rear basement walkouts, and four short-term bicycle parking spaces and two vehicular parking spaces in the rear yard. No accessible parking spaces will be provided. Also, to construct a rear one-storey detached ancillary building (enclosed waste storage). There will be a total of 10 residential dwelling units on 360 Jane Street and 2 Raymond Avenue (five units on 360 Jane Street and five units on 2 Raymond Avenue).
