Description

To construct a new three-storey semi-detached apartment building (Note: 362 Jane Street and 364 Jane Street have been reviewed as one building on two lots) (including a mechanical penthouse) with front and rear ground floor porches with stairs, front and rear basement walkouts, and three short-term bicycle parking spaces and one vehicular parking space in the rear yard.
