Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by constructing a complete third storey addition, a front one-storey addition (located at the southwest corner of the dwelling), a rear two-storey addition (cantilevered at the northeast corner, including a basement addition below), a new front landing with stairs, rear ground floor stairs with a landing (located at the northeast corner of the dwelling), a rear ground floor deck with stairs (located at the southeast corner of the dwelling), and a rear third storey balcony (located at the southeast corner of the dwelling). The existing rear ancillary building (semi-detached garage) will be maintained and unaltered.
