Description
To alter the existing place of worship (Danforth Church) by demolishing the southern portion of the building and constructing a rear eight-storey addition, including one-storey side (east and west) additions. The new addition will front Bowden Street and the altered development will provide 50 affordable housing units and office space for counselling and supportive services. The northern portion of the existing place of worship will be partially retained.
