Description
To construct a new two-storey ancillary building (containing one garden suite) with stairs at the southeast portion of the building leading to a rooftop patio with a green roof (above the second storey), in the rear yard of the property, abutting Gladstone Avenue. No bicycle parking spaces will be provided. The existing garage will be demolished. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on the lot (one dwelling unit within the main house and one dwelling unit within the garden suite).
