Description
To legalize and to maintain the existing two-and-one-half-storey semi-detached houseplex containing five residential units, in which four self-contained residential dwelling units were constructed without an authorized building permit. Also, to alter the existing two-and-one-half-storey semi-detached houseplex by converting the second storey from one residential dwelling unit into two residential dwelling units. The existing converted semi-detached houseplex contains a front porch with stairs, rear basement walkout, a rear ground floor deck with stairs, a rear second-storey deck and a rear third storey balcony with an exterior access staircase. There will be a total of six residential dwelling units on the lot (two units in the basement, one unit on the first floor, two units on the second floor and one unit on the third floor).
