Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-used semi-detached building by constructing a rear second storey rooftop deck with a rear exterior staircase, a rear basement walkout, and a rear ground floor patio. Also, to construct a new rear two-storey detached ancillary building (to contain one laneway suite with a basement level and a rooftop deck with rear stairs), abutting Antonio Fernandes Lane and Ulster Street. There will be a total of one commercial unit (laundromat within the main mixed-use building) and six residential dwelling units on this lot (five units within the main mixed-use building and one unit within the ancillary building).
