Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by constructing a third storey addition, front bay window and a rear three-storey addition with a ground floor rear deck with stairs. Also, to alter the existing one-storey garage by enlarging the space and raising the roof height . A recent application for a new three-storey detached dwelling and new detached ancillary structure (garage) was refused in Minor Variance Decision A0222/24TEY and the appeal refused/variances not authorized in TLAB Decision and Order 24 171657 S45 04 TLAB in 2024.
