Description
To construct a new two-storey detached ancillary building with a basement level below, abutting the laneway. This building will contain one laneway suite (occupying the first and second levels) and one parking space with storage (occupying the basement level). The second storey will be cantilevered at the side (west) of the building, and there will be exterior stairs on the west side, a canopy at the northwest corner, and a second storey terrace at the southwest corner. There will be a total of two residential dwelling units on this lot (one unit in the main dwelling, and one unit in the ancillary building).
