Description
To alter the existing two-storey detached dwelling by constructing a front two-storey partially cantilevered addition (to enclose a portion of the existing front porch) with a covered front porch with stairs, and a rear two-storey addition (partially cantilevered at the southeast portion) with a rear ground floor deck with stairs. Also, to construct a two-storey ancillary building (two-car garage with storage and one laneway suite above) in the rear yard of the property, abutting the laneway. The existing garage will be demolished. There will be a total of three dwelling units on this lot (two dwelling units within the main house and one dwelling unit within the laneway suite).
