Description

To alter the three-storey detached dwelling (containing three dwelling units) with a front covered porch, front basement walkout, rear ground floor patio, and partially covered rear third floor rooftop terrace (on the roof of the second floor below), currently under construction, by constructing a rear basement addition below the rear ground floor patio.
