Description
To alter the existing two-storey commerical building by constructing a rear two-storey addition with a portion of the second storey cantilevered as a carport with three parking spaces. The hair salon will be expanded into the second storey of the rear addition, and a take-out panini shop will be located in the first floor of the rear addition.
