Description
To alter the redevelopment plan for Michael Garron Hospital approved under Site-specific By-law 961-2011 by permitting additions to the building which will be located beyond the allowed development area and by permitting some elements of construction to exceed the maximum permitted height. The hospital redevelopment will be comprised of demolition of portions of the existing hospital and construction of an eight-storey patient care tower on the existing parking lot fronting Sammon Avenue.
