Description
To revise the currently proposed below-grade residential and residential visitor parking layouts to accommodate non-residential parking spaces to serve both the commercial uses and visitors within the Building's parking garage. Please note this file was previously deferred on July 4th, 2019 in order to allow the applicant an opportunity to meet with the area residents and to send out a new Public Hearing Notice.
