Description
To alter the development standards for the eight-storey mixed-use building currently under construction (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-Law 898-2021), by increasing the maximum permitted interior floor area for all retail services (to accommodate a commercial gym located on the second storey), and reducing the minimum length of two parking spaces located on level P2 of the underground parking garage. There will be a total of 120 residential dwelling units on this lot.
