Description

To vary the approved zoning standards, under Site Specific By-law No. 1338-2013 and Zoning By-law No. 7625 with respect to the Subject Lands, which are part of Phase 1 of the Lawrence Heights Revitalization Project. The development consists of townhouse units which are a combination of market, TCHC replacement rental housing units and back-to-back stacked town house units.
