Description
To construct a new three-storey detached apartment building with front and north side basement walkouts, a north side ground floor main entrance with stairs, front, north side, and rear canopies on the first storey, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse. Also, to construct a rear one-storey ancillary structure (carport for two parking spaces). There will be a total of eight residential dwelling units on this lot (two units within the basement level, two units on the first storey, two units on the second storey, and two units on the third storey).There will be a garbage room, and a bicycle room (two short-term bicycle spaces and eight long-term bicycle spaces) within this building.
