Description
To construct a new three-storey 16-unit apartment building that will span over 3 lots (municipally known as 24 Lewis Street, 26 Lewis Street and 26B Lewis Street). This apartment building will contain a total of six residential dwelling units, with front and rear basement walkouts, front and rear porches (platforms) with stairs, front and rear second storey balconies, front and rear rooftop patios with access enclosures, no long-term bicycle parking spaces, and no automobile parking spaces. Also, to construct a one-storey detached ancillary building in the rear yard (one garden suite) with a basement and a rooftop maintenance access. There will be a total of seven residential dwelling units on this lot (six units within the apartment building and one unit within the ancillary building).
