Description
To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 493-2024) for the 21-storey mixed-use building (located at the northwest corner of the lot, municipally known as 396 Queens Quay West) by increasing the height of the mechanical penthouse, reducing the width of 32 parking spaces, and reducing the indoor amenity space (which will be used for storage space for outdoor furniture).
