Description

To convert the existing one-storey ancillary building (attached garage in the rear yard, abutting the laneway) into a two-storey ancillary building with a front canopy (containing a one-car garage with a storage and utility room on the ground level, and one laneway suite that will occupy the second level), by constructing a front two-storey addition and a complete second storey addition.
