Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by constructing a rear one-storey addition (for additional ground floor commercial space) with a rear exit and landing. The existing dental office use will occupy the entire ground floor of this building as well as the adjacent building to the west (municipally known as 641 Danforth Avenue). The two existing residential dwelling units on the second and third storeys will be maintained and unaltered.
