Description

To construct a new three-storey detached building (houseplex) with a rear (south) basement walkout, front (north) and rear (south) ground floor porches with stairs, as well as front and rear second and third storey balconies. A front yard parking pad abutting Midburn Avenue will be constructed. Also, to construct a new rear two-storey semi-detached ancillary building containing a garden suite.
