Description
To alter the existing three-storey mixed-use building by converting the storage room on the second and third levels into seven additional hostel suites (three on the second level, and four on the third level). The existing pharmacy and cafeteria on the ground level, 19 hostel suites on the second level, and 20 hostel suites on the third level will be maintained and unaltered.
